About The Artist

Katy Gusterson grew up in Cornwall and studied Fine Art at Kingston University before returning home, where she lives with her partner Harry, and their two cats Renly and Luci. She is the manager of Sailors Jail Gallery in Falmouth, spending much of her time working closely with artists and surrounded by contemporary Cornish art.

Her own work is inspired by folklore, memory, animals, myth and the landscape she grew up in. Katy previously explored the relationship between art and place through making natural pigments and watercolours from Cornish earth, and this connection to material, history and landscape still informs her practice. She now works across painting, printmaking and digital illustration, often creating medieval-inspired animals and bestiary-style characters with a playful, slightly uncanny charm.

Delivery (Digitally Printed Products)

Our digitally printed products (eg. prints, t-shirts, tea towels and cushions) are printed on demand by one of our worldwide print partners, and shipped directly to you. Production time is approximately 3-5 business days, plus 3-5 days for delivery.

Delivery (All Other Products)

We aim to dispatch items within 2-3 business days using either Royal Mail or DHL recorded delivery. Delivery times are approximately 2-3 business days in the UK, 5-7 business days in Europe, and 8-10 business days worldwide.

Shipping & Customs (International Orders)

For international orders (excluding digital prints), please note that shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your email address and phone number are included with your order, as couriers may require this information for customs clearance.

Original artworks are often exempt from import duty and may be subject to a reduced rate of tax in some countries. However, regulations vary, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information before purchasing.

Refund Policy

If you are a UK customer and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will be happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange, minus any delivery charges. Please note that original artworks, products printed to order, or any sales from outside of the UK, are NOT eligible for returns/refunds.

All items must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs.
